I was invited to the payment portal today. Looks pretty decent, though there is very basic functionality for now. I'm looking forward to seeing what the account portal looks like when its done.

Also used it recently. They took about 24 hours to respond but issues was sorted promptly (thanks CW), do note Paul advised that it shouldn't take longer than 48 hours to get a response.
 
Mmm, my first problem with Crystalweb.

I am trying to upgrade from Home Premium to Business Premium. I submitted my request on Sunday, was told it would be processed on Monday pm and sorted by Tuesday. No further feedback yet.

And when I email the billing department, I get a generic response with another response code.

PS. How do you log in to the portal?
 
CW guys which is bettter - GPON or active ethernet?
We have two possibilities for FTTH in our suburb - Vumatel and Fibrehoods... Gotta vote for one.
 
Like the Portal so far, very clean layout. Just not chuffed with my April payment showing as 20 odd days overdue when it's been paid, lol.

But yeah, good step in the right direction :)

OK, but which one do I vote for?

Fibrehoods is aerial, lit at 100mb
Vuma is buried, 1gb.
 
I'd vote with Vumas on the basis of the fibre and civils infrastructure being laid down rather than anything else.

Anybody know if you can top up on the home capped? Going to run out of data before the end of the month and would like to buy a few extra gigs to get me over the finish line.

Throughput on YouTube before 17:00

And as soon as 17:00 rolls around...

All traffic is that slow. Downloads you name it. Speed tests are still full speed.

Then 17:00 comes around and full speed on everything. Please can this be checked.

I've very interested in the response to this. As far as I'm aware streaming should be prioritized.

It should be and that's the response I got from tech support last night. I was asked to run WinMTR through the night and post the results. Did just that, no response. I'm even getting better support and feedback from the team at Unotelly: They are also looking into my streaming problem.
 
I'd have to admit I have not been overly impressed with CW of late. P2P has taken a major knock; to the point that I am actually unable to download anymore. Might need to reconsider ISPs.
