Also still have an amount showing as unpaid so I've fired off a mail to billing :)

I'll do that. However I also noted the invoice number in the subject line. Surely my information should be retrievable from that in your system?

Home capped Account active from 1 st June. Why would you state this. I understand contention, peak hour shaping etc. but this is there first line in faq " Home capped is offered as an unshaped service by default "

General network management may result in peer to peer and NNTP protocol speeds being affected during business hours - This is why we offer quite a bit of free midnight to 6am data so you can schedule these downloads between those times :)

You can go on and check the billing system - Seems to have been sorted now.

Billing says the most likely cause was that there was a delay due to your funds coming from a different bank to ours.

I do understand and did not mean it out of context but does the account get classified under unshaped or shaped as slvr said ?
 
Anyone using there Crystal Web account to play CSGO online? If so how is it, any packet loss? lately very few ISP's seem to be getting it right with CSGO servers

On the usage portal, It is classified as "shaped" due to the fact that NNTP and P2P protocols can be affected during peak hours - This is going to be changed very soon however - Stay tuned about that ;)
