Home capped Account active from 1 st June. Why would you state this. I understand contention, peak hour shaping etc. but this is there first line in faq " Home capped is offered as an unshaped service by default "
I'll do that. However I also noted the invoice number in the subject line. Surely my information should be retrievable from that in your system?
General network management may result in peer to peer and NNTP protocol speeds being affected during business hours - This is why we offer quite a bit of free midnight to 6am data so you can schedule these downloads between those times![]()
I do understand and did not mean it out of context but does the account get classified under unshaped or shaped as slvr said ?
Anyone using there Crystal Web account to play CSGO online? If so how is it, any packet loss? lately very few ISP's seem to be getting it right with CSGO servers

You can go on and check the billing system - Seems to have been sorted now.
Billing says the most likely cause was that there was a delay due to your funds coming from a different bank to ours.
