I will just stick my neck out here as a Capetonian and state that I am still getting full line speed and awesome latency.

I am however on a 2MB line on a higher end account, so I know my experience won't be the same.

Yup. Running max speed on all cylinders now.

Never had any latency problems ever.

To the people bitching about speeds and latency: please post WinMTRs when that happens as a speed does not show any damn detail at all.

Still post the speed test, but post the WinMTR as well. And run it to the gaming server as well if you are having problems there.

I was wrong. It's not CW. I've switched back to AH and my speedtests are the same. Something else is causing my speed issues. I'll stop being lazy and I'll try to find the actual cause of the speed issue.

Post a winmtr here and maybe we can see where the issue is coming in

Critique on support is always a good thing. Specially specific points. Critical customers ensure a business does not get lax.

Post a WinMTR and we can try see where the drop is occuring.
