Official Tri-Nations 2011 Thread

People go on about PDV, Gold is the weak link for me. Forwards coach, look at our line outs, scrums and discipline and technique at the breakdowns...??

try use some motor skills and read back to last week where I was berating certain Sharks players mkay ;)

And I don't drink that shyte either, stop projecting yourself onto others, chop

Eisch ne, then perhaps you should've added Hargreaves to that hating rant? Steggman on the other hand had one of his better games, when compared to the last few games.

Not that it really matters though. It was a poor show all round, and very few of these players will actually be in contention for the rest of the season.

Anyway.

"Pretty much the Tri-Nations has gone for us. We'll move our focus to preparing for the World Cup," he said as he surveyed the hammering his young squad had taken on their Australasian tour.

"The All Blacks are more ready now (than the Springboks) for the World Cup and they deserve the tag of favourites to win it."

Well I suppose this is what happens when you appoint a coach not purely for rugby reasons. I bet the Aussie or NZ coach would have been fired on the sport if he made these comments...

Graham Henry kept his job after the All Blacks bowed out in the quarters of the last world cup and Robbie Deans record has been less then stellar including a loss to Samoa 2 weeks ago so what makes you so sure...??

Remember they got knocked out with a full strength team as well, all we have done is get nailed by two strong teams while we have sent over a second team. I would think pvd's job is safe for now.

I doubt anyone with a brain thought we had a chance against aus and nz with that team. Sure perhaps i hoped that would not be the case but deep down i knew a pomping would be on the cards.
