How is the testing going? Haven't had any issues with stock so been reluctant to root but this might be a huge draw card

I was getting battery drain when I was using stick kernel so I flashed elementalX kernel so far it's good getting 4 to 5hrs sot

Just ordered the 3T. This will be my first android phone in just over 3 years. Last one was a S4. Been on an iOS diet since then.

Really looking forward to it but just a bit concerned about after sale service.

Does anyone repair these devices locally?

Not really since the components are modular it not very difficult to repair IMHO. Check out YouTube videos they are quite helpful.

Got my duties and taxes invoice from DHL, R367, so all in this is costing me around R6900 (took the silicon cover and film protector extras)!! Super chuffed!! Hoping to take delivery before the end of the week!

Im going to the UK later this year and was planning to order a 3T while there. Would the UK version be compatible with SA LTE/3G bands?

Also which dash charger should I get that will work in SA, the EU or UK plug?

LTE would be compatible yes and EU plug would be compatible in SA.

Got mine around 16:34. Would have posted sooner but between bricking my daughter's A5 and setting up the new 3t I been very busy the last couple of hours.
