OnePlus 11

So I caved and called them.

Not only can't they do the 7t Pro but they can't do any OnePlus devices.

No spares at all and they apparently waiting for some or other comms from OnePlus themselves re parts etc.

How long they been waiting? Over a year.

Sigh....
Hopefully I have a replacement battery on the way, still need to find someone nearby who I might be able to trust to do the replacement.

OnePlus 12 to rectify the OnePlus 11's shortcomings, new leak claims

The OnePlus 12 is coming soon - depending on which rumor you go by, it will be announced either in December or January (though it's unclear if there will be one global announcement only, or a separate one for China initially, like last year).

If you have looked at the OnePlus 11 but felt it was just missing some features you deem of the utmost necessity for a phone to have, here's some good news. It looks like the OnePlus 12 will rectify all of its predecessor's shortcomings, according to a new rumor from the generally very reliable Digital Chat Station over on Weibo.

Unlike the OnePlus 11, the OnePlus 12 is said to have wireless charging support, at 50W no less. It's also apparently packing USB 3.2 support in its USB-C port, and an IR blaster. As previously rumored, it will get a "high-quality periscope" zoom lens, with 3x optical zoom and a 64 MP sensor.

Is anyone else considering buying the OnePlus 12?

I'm on the lookout for local prices. So far, no options from sellers known to be reliable.

It is unfortunately very expensive to buy locally. I wish Oneplus had a better footprint in SA. I love my Oneplus 8 Pro, but the back glass broke a month ago and now I cannot have it repaired so another reason I won't be buying another unofficially imported phone.

I'll definitely be buying the OnePlus 12 - still rocking my 7T, but battery life is starting to deteriorate. I'll probably import like I did previous models. Local availability has always been delayed and too expensive.

You can get a OnePlus 12 at a sweet 15% discount at the moment.

There's a 24GB ram version. What are people doing on their phones to utilise that amount of ram?

Anyhow, the AliExpress deal looks good. Am considering buying one but there is no chance I'll use the standard shipping. I see AGS offers an address in Hong Kong. Has anyone sent AliExpress goods to the Hong Kong AGS address before? Any issues?

Did this with my POCO F4.
It was a nightmare.
AGS Hong Kong will not ship mobile devices.
They kept on asking for documents from seller. The seller issues whatever he can. AGS will exhaust you. THEY DO NOT SHIP OUT.
If the seller ships out, it's fine. But when the buyer tries this route, it is a nightmare.

Thanks for the heads up. Will rather give it a skip then.
