I thought shaping was turned off at 5pm anyway? Or this for non gold accounts?
Hi, I've been using the 4mb silver uncapped and for the past 2 weeks the account has been completely unusable for gaming between 8-5(Dota 2). Switched to a telkom account and everything works fine.

Shaping is not turned off by default. It is based on how busy the network is at any given time.
The BONUS Unshaped hours are guaranteed to be unshaped.
Is the Gold Uncapped & Unshaped truly unshaped? As in P2P, usenet, Youtube etc. full speed 24/7?

Your ping is far too high. In our history, I can remember once around 5 years ago where pings went this high locally, and this was during a major cable break.
Please log a fault with Telkom again and have them resolve you issue, as you will forever experience problems if they do not
