I have mailed OW. I have been asked to turn my router off for 20 minutes as a response ... (should have told me to turn it off altogether!!). I have that ''ticket'' .....
Tonight - should the throttling or congestion or whatever you wish to call it - abates, I shall mail support again. If you CANNOT sort this out, unfortunately I too will be one of those who will be moving on .... I simply refuse to pay for after hours service only. Its not what you advertised and you are not delivering what you promised.
Heres hoping SOMEONE - ANYONE - at OW is reading these forums and taking corrective action.
Lets hope you don't pin this on Telkom or IS or Father Christmas...... My contract - my money - is with YOU.

On trial here, 2meg everyday account, averaging between 120 and 200k. Hopefully this is not an exception being a trial account and then service drops upon signing up... if it can keep this performance we experiencing here for during the day, I'll be happy but have a little concern with some of the comments here. So holding thumbs.

Internet dead again, 0.01 kb/sec, took me 10 refreshes just to load this forum, can't browse, can't check e-mails, can't do anything before 5 pm..... Two days in a row now. Now it is evident and clear that there are many of us who are having this issue. OW, please can you admit that there is a fault and please fix it. This is beyond a joke.... My dial-up modem 15 years ago was super fast compared!!!!
