Guys, thanks so much for the superb service; every query and email of mine has been promptly responded to and resolved in a professional and efficient manner.
And not forgetting the great, consistent bandwidth on my OpenWeb Gold Uncapped.
You guys rock!:D

Thanks for the clarity on the Gamers Delight versus Silver Uncapped, but now another question,

I just spotted the Gamers King accounts? So which is "better"? Gamers delight? Or Gamers King? I see the Gamers King is gaming 24/7 on the platinum uncapped level and downloads 'after hours' on the gold level. How does that compare to the gamers delight?

They are two different animals. It is difficult to say which is better. I rate them both as good accounts.

Still frequently getting DNS lookup failure issues with my IS account. Have to restart my router every few hours to fix it.

Can't you bolt some Gaming loving onto my Gold acc? :p Would love some lower latencies (not that mine is that bad, could just be better I guess).

pretty sure all gold accounts include the lower latency of gaming accounts

or atleast, thats what it feels like

I think I had a taste of this a while back when I switched accounts.

After the switch for a few hours I experienced a latency of 12 ms to mybroadband.co.za, but afterwards it went back to standard 16ms.

Maybe it was just something magical that happened, but all latencies was lower during that period.

The said accounts was not gold accounts, which is why (i think) it went back to normal.

I'm thinking of signing up for the 2mb gamers king uncapped account, but I would just like some feedback on how well these accounts do for MMORPG's, specifically Aion. I have used quite a few ISP's and my gaming experience has always been a little bit laggy...

Any feedback will be much appreciated!

Yea, noted what you saying. I always first check if there are others experiencing the same problem before contacting the ISP, and since I'm the only one with a problem, it can only be on my end.

I've also been having an assload of problems on my LAN, particularly WiFi that constantly and randomly dropping. Stopped and changed network cards, tried different channels and played with thresholds, etc. Can only be my router.

I also strongly suspect my router may be at the core of my problems. Don't have a spare to test my theory with, though. Might as well just go buy a new one.

Anyone have any recommendations for a router that kicks out a really strong wi-fi signal? 3/4 of our devices in the house are on wi-fi.
