OpenWeb doesnt keep track of your usage on uncapped so they cant provide you with that info.

I'm on Gold orange and I can see my stats (well, could, I've been moved to another login) and can change the pwd (again, could, not anymore).

What the hell? My line speed has been terrible. I mean it's behaving as if it's a 1mb line instead of 2mb :( Guess I'm going to request you for another new account :(

There has been lots of requests. There has been development. Usage is possible.

OWFTMFW!

Ah I see here the user needs to request it :o

We have our own IPC capacity with IS as previously explained. None of the above makes sense if we purchase our capacity in bulk and distribute accounts accordingly.

1) The control panel offers the Change Password feature as we speak. Clients have the ability to change their passwords without OpenWeb interventions. Yes, we were working on it, and now it is complete.

2) Please do not use this resource. We do not log usage stats for uncapped accounts as this goes against the essence of what uncapped stands for. Usage stats are logged on demand. (If a client chooses to have their stats logged, we will enable the feature in their CP, NOT users.isdsl.net)

3) I'm afraid this point is covered in section 1. Even if we share the same account out to 10 people it makes no difference in profits, we are still paying for the bulk capacity.

I am not sure how better to explain it. I am sorry you feel you have been 'brainwashed', but this is not our intention. Our intention is to offer a world class service at a South African price point.

Please do not use this resource as we do not log usage stats for uncapped at this stage.

Kindly refer to the main OpenWeb feedback thread where we are infact currently busy discussing this.

I'm on 1Mb gamer king and can barely browse the internet. Speedtest results giving me 400kbps on average

My GW2 experience is quite horrible this evening - this after receiving a new login. Waiting on an answer to see if this is just a few or the many experiencing it!

Hi iSteve,

The network is currently mostly unshaped.

If you are experiencing such slow speeds, it is more than likely a Telkom fault.

Please call them on 10210 and have them recreate your port.

My pings are still great, sub 20 local, my speeds have dropped to between 1 and 2mb line speeds.

NZBs, HTTP downloads and Speedtest show similar results. Rest of you guys running fine?

P2P is dead on my side now. My line has been acting like **** for the past 2 weeks now. I'm starting to lose my patience now :(

My torrent download speed (The ratio of seeds to peers is 3.0!!!!) is around 10kB/s to 20kB/s on a 2mb line right now.

I tried restarting my crappy router but it didn't help at all

My liver tells me that somebody is playing maliciously with my line.
