If that is the case then you better look at my account. Speeds are laughable, and this with an HTTP download.
Anything international is very slow to load.

Imageshack.us- slow like dial-up.
Download from any international site- slow... images take long to load
Torrents- pathetic.. Max 54kbyte/sec.

I can upload faster than I can download... just like iBurst.

Amazing... every time I complain here, as if by magic... the problem disappears.
But ja.. been with Openweb for little more than a month now, I wouldn't say the experience is to write home about.
End of the month is crap... seems downloading around the 15th at silly hours is all that its good for.

Today, during the day it was as slow as lard, even http downloads from uploaded.to get nailed. Anything "international" is throttled to oblivion. But ja... home-made protocols, stuff hidden in obscure protocols, blaze through.
 
Anybody else having issues loading Facebook profile images?

The user profile images are just not loading, they're resolving to fbcdn-profile-a.akamaihd.net.

It's weird, no other issues just this.

EDIT: Nevermind, looks like a bad Unotelly DNS server.

Hi guys for some reason, the whole day I havent been able to load the NFSW Forum‎ page, everything else was fine (browsing and streaming) during the day. Was wondering if anyone else could try it out and let me know if it does work :) thanks

Edit: Seems to work once I use hidemyass, but still nothing when using chrome/firefox

Its really slow here too, images on different websites take much longer to load than usual. I got a couple of websites timing out too. Not happy ATM.
 
Another month; another very happy Openweb customer.

As happy as I was on Gold Uncapped, moving to 100gig capped account was the best decision I've made this year. :D

Granted, I have to keep an eye out for rogue downloads, but I've put some preventative measures in place already. Also, Openweb have by far the best customer service on the block. I might have moaned about it earlier in the month when they had a minor hiccup, but they more than made up for it throughout the course of the month.

Very happy Openweb customer here. Thanks MrBEEP and the team behind the scenes...

Just did a SAIX speed test and and the test starts off with the normal speeds then slows down a bit and then comes to a standstill about 3/4 down the test line. It finally tested like this
Download Speed: 2422 kbps (302.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 429 kbps (53.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 49 ms
