I emailed support on Friday morning and they "reset the port", I had no issues with that kind of shaping/rolling window. So thank you so much for the fast response and fixing the issue from your side!
Unfortunately for me, the Telkom DSLAM/exchange is congested and even Telkom's social media team cannot see that it is congested. Perhaps I should just contact Telkom again to have a look into the matter.
