Zen and semaphore, where are you guys located ?

Looks like people on the coast aren't having any problems, only those centrally located (I'm in Bloem) and people in Gauteng are having issues it seems. What's weird though, I'm still downloading full line speed, local sites are fine, it's just the majority of international sites that are giving me issues.

PS: Guess we just need to wait it out, I suppose :erm:

Same problem here in Pretoria. Try to download the latest version of VLC. It stalled completely.

Also experiencing a bit of a sluggish connection today. Mostly when trying to browse but nzbs go full speed.

Also having issues with international traffic. Streaming services like youtube & gaming (especially World of Warcraft)
getting impacted the most.

Yep, my internet just died. Was working fine and suddenly it can't connect to the DNS server.

Totally lagging out in WOW when doing intances. The latency spikes at over 2000.

Quick update: Confirmed. There is a network issue. Engineers are now working on a resolution

Seems to be affecting Telkom as well. My Telkom account keeps crapping out every few minutes.

International connectivity appears to be coming back now, lets hope it's completely fixed within the hour.

Must say i didn't have any issues tonight though. Other ISP don't give Customer Support like Openweb.
