MrBeep, please assist me with my issue [#KSI-839-69883] Torrents are barely alive during the day time. I emailed support and they are extremely unhelpful right now, just saying that the account is shaped. She also told me because I have XYZ usage I am getting great value for my money. You told us you don't track our usage?
 
just signed up for that standard uncapped @ 109pm. will be very disappointed if it doesnt perform like the standard uncapped trail account i currently have.

Of course the usage is tracked, it's just not important. What account are you on by the way? Unless you are on Gold or higher then I don't really see the issue. The accounts are shaped and if the network is busy then the slower torrents will be, it's just the nature of the beast.

I am on Gold and MrBEEP himself said it's not supposed to be just above completely dead.
 
Hi Soulcode,

It must not be dead no. But shaping will be applied, as the network is busy currently.

You are on a Gold account that offers usage tracking.

I had the same problem, it seems that getting a port reset solved the problem, at least for now. speed on shaped protocols has gone up from ~40kb/s to ~400.

maybe someone on the forum here other then MR beep can help me.

Can i downgrade my account from gold uncapped to vanilla uncapped now, and it will take effect one march first?

I got 300kbps + at 1pm today over nntp to IS news server. Torrents are only around 30-40kbps but that doesn't bother me. So you can get some really good speeds during the day

MR beep, i did reply to your respond.
I get a feeling that you guys reply once, and that is it.
someone also replied to my service request on friday, he replied very quickly.....but when i sent an email back i never gotten a reply.

Trying to play some tf2 on a mweb cape town server... ping does not go below 170... and I'm in Cape Town!

wait.. after some testing seems everything is just performing piss poor... 8 kb download speeds :confused:
