Wish I could say the same; November been a bit iffy on my side, also feel a bit anal having to email MrBeep the whole time and get accounts switched over. Sent in my cancellation so I can try out some other options from January, will see how it goes then. Might return to Openweb, can't beat the service!
 
As I said in my previous post, you can't beat the service - I have already been sorted out and downloads are flying again. Thanks MrBeep!
 
i didnt mail support because im guessing that im throttled, ive tried playing mw3 for the last week and always connect with one red bar and cant play, with local players who are all fully connected, im guessing throttling again. Ive always been in this predicament cant afford good enough adsl to enjoy it. the under 500 products give you a teaser then cut you off - by thottling you, and the next product up is unaffordable to most, hopefully in the next few years something will change.:erm:

What speeds do you guys get on the 1mb Gold uncapped with regards to downloads? How reliable is it with regards to gaming? I really need to move over if it is worthwhile.
 
4mb uncapped isnt enough to play mw3, ridiculous throttling renders product unusuable its not uncapped.
edit speed update is now 0kb/s

speed now at 3kb/s
8am to 6pm with 0-20 kb/s

0kb/s i am completely throttled now, cannot connect to anything, cant open steam, nothing.
and that will be it for the next ten days 0-10kb/s

I think somehow your mail never went through to openweb's support email somehow, have seen this before in this thread, however Keoma responded to my mail (sent from gmail) in 3 minutes around 3pm this afternoon.
 
i sent to support@ and admin@, tbh i dont think theres much point, its not Openwebs fault and probably shouldnt have posted in the first place, my current account will be pretty much fookd till the end of the month.
