I said I was paraphrasing:
Original text "If the IS network does not suit your needs, please mail me: [email protected] so that I can move you"
I.e. in my case "If you are not happy with having no internet at all, email me"
Did that. 4 times already. Moved me 4 times. Still refuse to move me anywhere that gives me decent speeds for more than a day.
I thought the problem was with my line but my capped data with my other DSL provider gives me full download speed. Also if the problem is with my line, how do you account for the fact that I get a speed boost each time I email but that it only lasts a day and then I have to email again and get another speed boost for the next day then I have to email again and get another speed boost...
No, I don't think the fault is with my line. I honestly couldn't care if they are rated the best ISP every single month for 10 years running. The fact of the matter is I am paying full price for a product and getting 0.03% - 0.4% of what I am paying for. Stats and rating don't mean anything when compared to that simple fact.
They have two choices: Geve me what I am paying for or give me money back. If they refuse to do either then I am calling them thieves for advertising something taking my money and not delivering what I paid them for. What would you call that?
It's like going to McDonalds and ordering a Mega Mcmeal upsize, paying R60 for the meal and when you get to the collection point they give you only a packet of Tomato sauce and send you on your way
