Mine works pretty well.
Haven't seen any sites timeout on DSL-Heaven yet.

Something wrong with OW unshaped uncapped (IS)? I'm only getting 0.3Mbps instead of the normal 8Mbps.

A big welcome to all the new friends that joined OpenWeb today! I am sure you will be very happy.

I moved onto DSLHeaven when VB left me hanging. It's on the WA network (obviously gold though) and I'm loving it :)
Maybe ask MrBeep for some info on it?

Currently happy with Openweb, little problems get solved quick, just want to know what it is. Thanks for the reply.

I almost fell off my chair this morning! Logged on to http://www.openweb.co.za while having my coffee, and bang, their brand new website! It is soooo sexy! Well done OW!

Cool site. my downloading was slow today from 7pm till 10pm but its good again now. Does openweb throttle one based on downloads in a certain period on the gold package(the one I currently have). Thanks. Good download speeds for the past month that Ive been with OW. Thumbs up!

EDIT: I really need more HDDs. LOL. Hdd prices must get cheap soon...

OW never throttles. Not on any of the packages.
Gold runs on a less-shaped backbone, with shaping subject to the "rules" of the specific backbone.
