Prenatal Paternity Test

Eish, last time I was truly skeptical I got a weeks ban. I am trying to be a good boy :). Not that I agreed with the ban, but hey, this ain't a democracy.
Who agrees with a ban?

That's a bit of cognitive dissonance as you'd have to disagree with the very thought that got you banned to begin with.

Hi everyone. Just an update, going to the police station this afternoon.

Perhaps try find out beforehand where the best station is to go to or who to see. Last thing you need is to get to an ignorant constable that has no idea how to treat this (or even worse treats it with similar ridicule to some others here). Perhaps look for a rape support centre's phone number - I'm sure they'd be able to assist even if they primarily deal with female victims.

Doesn't sound like it was consensual as he said without my consent. Also like a female a male has the right to change his mind during or before. If they are forced to continue it can than become rape. Once again why are the rules different for men to women?

I had a partner try to get herself pregnant without my consent,

Not rape! Can we infer that the sex was consensual but there was no contraception being used? By either party?

If someone says no and you carry on with what you're doing, it's rape. If someone is barely conscious and can't give consent, it's rape. Easy as that. Male or female.

Edit: If I'm having sex with my bf, and he hurts me in some way, and I tell him to stop and he doesn't, it qualifies as rape. (Not that he ever would do something like that, he's the best)

Was the sex consensual? If it was, how is it rape? More like deceit than rape? The circumstances are a bit vague.
No, it wasn't consensual as I was asleep, but we were dating which is why I never thought anything about it after that... until today. I just packed my stuff and left the country the next day. She messaged all my friends, two of which are also MyBB members, trying to apologize to me as I blocked her on all social media.

Thanks, I'll be sure to do that. Basically, most people I've told have just laughed it off, saying that I "should just be glad it happened" or that "I should have enjoyed it". Last thing I would be able handle is for that to happen at a police station.

Why would they say that? Has she made advances towards you before that you’ve rejected?

There's a chance you may have to deal with dick policing.

Thing is, for a woman, the default position that a man would take is in the affirmative., whether he's fully conscious or not. It's bullshit.

This happened to me as well. I had this batshit insane girlfriend who wanted me to impregnate her. At the time I thought the world of her, and almost fell for her kak. She would take advantage of me when I was drunk, especially blackout drunk. I'd just wake up and see that I had sex by looking at my dick.

Eventually she did fall pregnant and told everybody and their dog it was mine. Once the baby was born, we still spent a year together until my mother saw the kid for the first time and after her first look at the baby told me "this kid cannot possibly be yours". I immediately booked a paternity test at Pathcare. At first she refused, but eventually agreed.

The results came back negative - by the way OP, they send a letter to both you and the mother.

To this day she still claims it's my kid and that I'm in IT so must have "did something to the allele readings". Some people are unbelievably sly so I fully empathise with @Bagook

That's messed up, wtf is wrong with people. Anyone that says that, you should ask them if they would've said the same if you were the one that drugged the btch and raped her.

That's the problem, apparently it's okay for women to rape men, as oh you're a guy you should enjoy it. When in reality it's a violation just as much.
