I understand but does that mean they could treat me so unprofessionalaly? I had no explaination as to why their systems didnt register my peak data upon first registration. Now, i must just sit back and pay what they say? Just to show u how unprofessional they are, few weeks ago a support agent said that he suggest i should set my limit to R2750 from R2454???? Why would i wanna do that! They are pathetic when it comes things like this. The fact is, I DID SELECT MY PEAK DATA UPON FIRST REGISTRATION. The support agent even said to me that it could be their systems that didnt register my peak data....who's fault is that?I'm going to wager a guess here - you owe them money for usage, and they're not going to connect you until you do. There's not much a support tech can do about this. Also be careful that they don't blacklist you for not paying.
I am pedantic about these kind of things, I would have been checking if not daily at least every couple of days.
No, I never said that's his mail, you need to ask support for it.Thanks allot for that. I tried to mail him but got a failed send reply. Guess he not using that anymore.
What is a good amount for say... 4x persons in the same house with multiple connected devices?I call 640 GB in 30 days abuse of the highest order.
We not in "the rest of the world".
We're at the tip of Africa within a vast country with limited bandwidth and resources.
Or do you only care about yourself, your needs/desires/demands?
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
Oh and couph up, maybe next time you'll be a little more circumspect with your usage.
I doubt it though...
Don't argue, anything outside of what he believes to be a "good amount" is right, anything that isn't, is bad. What is a good amount for say... 4x persons in the same house with multiple connected devices?
oh lord, asking a question == arguing?Don't argue, anything outside of what he believes to be a "good amount" is right, anything that isn't, is bad.
For a mobile offering. 10 gig max. Get ADSL, fibre or fixed LTE.What is a good amount for say... 4x persons in the same house with multiple connected devices?

I would say 50GB or so at least on "mobile" LTE products for the higher packages. For fixed, especially with dishes, you are looking at an ADSL alternative product, so definitely above 10GB.For a mobile offering. 10 gig max. Get ADSL, fibre or fixed LTE.
Expensive alternative at R50 a gig during peak hours.I would argue that this isn't actually a true mobile offering. It's marketed as "Fixed LTE", so it's aimed at people who are looking for alternatives to ADSL or Fibre for whatever reason.
LOL I remember Telkom saying that. I'm already on about 20gig on Rain mobile this month. Mainly because I was watching cricket at workI would say 50GB or so at least on "mobile" LTE products for the higher packages. Think you're still in the days of Telkom's 3GB is enough.
