@AfriNatic Not sure who else to call here as there's no MTN reps. Are you aware of data issues with mtn? As per the last few posts - my data connection is basically useless right now apart from some intermittent blips.

What I have noticed is that speeds have degraded considerably of late during evenings. Used to get between 40-80mbps day or night but now 6-8mbps seems to be standard during most of evening only improving after midnight.Anyone having bad throughput and bad latency on MTN today?
I "liked" this post at the time you posted it. With the Internet being so useless, it never went through...Dead slow here too - PE. I called the desk - useless responses usual, said they would escalate to MTN after trying to reset my profile or whatever they do.

Yeah - shortly after i called them, mine also went back to normal. I swear sometimes they realize, or notice something is wrong when the customers call in, and then when checking a tower(s) they silently fix it in the background without acknowledging that there was a problem in the first place.I lie, seems to be much better for now.

Anything going wrong with MTN? Residents on my group here are complaining of packet loss and slowness. Currently at Port Edward residence.
Anyone having issues with MTN dropping connection, signal weak then going through edge, 3G and 4G the entire day. Only for the last 5 days or so I have been experiencing this, before it use to work 4G+ all the time.
