It is low, but it seems to work with my setup

Seems to be less than 12 watts, I am also suprised

the ellies is probably choking in silence, so will see how long it holds, but its fine for now, doesn't get warm either

Router ONT is much less than Laptop (and laptop has a battery??) much less than a desktop, much less than anything moving, much less than anything heating...

Those ellies power cubes are a good inbetween - will run your electronics inc tvs if not crazy big
-- got myself a yooboa cube (like half the ellies cube above) which will run my desktop but doesnt seem to charge very well (and has a very noisy and start/stop fsn when it gets warm!)

Are the Ellies loud too?

Been using mine since the beginning of the year, never heard a peep from it. It's sitting on the floor behind my Tv cupboard powering the Ont box & router. The LED's on it is pretty bright but it's not in my eyeline so not bothering me.

:X3: Rip it open post pics just kidding. Well I would have done that if I had one :ROFL:

So they ether used cheap components/batterie pack or bad internal design of the PCB :unsure:.

Let us know how it goes and how long it lasts. Very little info on that unit

It went through a full loadshedding now and didn't even drop a battery level yet and the unit is cool as a cucumber

So the Cube Mini doesn't have the same weakness as the Cube Nova... But alas, Cube Mini has very low power output when compared to other Mini UPS devices.

Win some, lose some.

The RasPi 4 needs *at least* 3A@5V. Power hungry little monster.

It was discussed in the Pi thread if I'm remembering correctly.

This looks like an easy solution for the whole TV, router, Apple TV, HiFi, alarm hub corner in the lounge. If I read the specs correctly I won’t even need this much capacity for the usual 2,5hour Tshwane downtimes.
