Media 24 asked me for the story but I refused because I first wanted Samsung to replace my phone, or not..
Wanted to suss up the situation regarding which stance I take...
They made me jump through hoops, which I did... they then gave me a loan phone after 5 days...
I needed a phone badly.. could not even do an EFT without the phone. Yes I could disable the security feature, but did not want top go through the hassle only to reinstate it when I got a new phone.
Only ever used the original Samsung charger.
