Might help. Worked for me once when I screwed up one of my ROM's. I didn't lose anything.
Full disclosure though- you may lose something. I do not take responsibility for any advice given on this thread...

Matey, before you go about factory resetting your phone, I had a bootloop long ago and I did not do factory reset to stop the bootloop. I found a guide on XDA which painlessly got me out of it. I can not point you to the post/thread unfortunately, but first do a search over there.
EDIT: RATZ!!!!!!! Sorry I was just too late posting this. Well, at least you can restore a nandroid after the wipe

Nope. I did backup my apps last night, though. I'm busy restoring them now. Will just need to set up the UI later.
That's what I love about Apex Launcher - save settings and desktop to SD card.

Some people are speculating that Samsung might first wait for a few sales of the "brand new" Samsung Galaxy S2, before giving it to owners of the Galaxy S2.

I got mine at world of accessories in Randburg. It's for my motorbike. A little over priced at 399. You can get them off eBay for like 15 dollars.
