If all you want is rooted stock, go into (stock) download, flash stock Samsung ROM file (.tar.md5) with Odin, then flash Philz kernel file (.tar.md5) after that. Reboot and you're done.

EDIT: Download (boot with Vol Dn+Home+Pwr) not Recovery (Vol Up+Home+Pwr)

Instructions For Flashing Firmware:
Extract the firmware
Open the included Odin
Turn off your device
Put your device into Download MODE (Home + Volume Down + Power)
Click PDA and select *.tar.md5
Then finally click START!

lol It was my gran's phone too advanced for her, got her a basic nokia again.
Now she is so happy gave me the old SII :D
Now i can play around with SII and SIII ! He He

I have now finally swapped my builtin web browser for Google Chrome.

Saw it got a big update yesterday and decided to take the plunge.

It's brilliant! Fast, smooth and very slick.

Now I can't stop surfing with it. :(

Hmm, tempted again. Only thing I hate about having multiple browsers is this:

That's why I normally stick to stock.
 
i never use the built in one, been using alternative browsers since forever, chrome usually

Tested the Ubuntu Touch preview today, its a whole bag of different, but still faaaaar too broken to use

Yeah, I was hoping to see some secondhand docks for sale. I think I've bent my charger pin so now it needs some tension else it won't charge when plugged in

Doesn't work for me on Slim 4.2.2. I think it's got something to do with the GPS.conf file. If one of you guys that are on the official ROM could please post the file for us to test. It's in your etc folder I think.

Why not use your Sony or HTC USB charger? Or is it your first smartphone?
