Where else can we get the SGP products from if not from them?

EDIT: I think I might just order the Martin Fields one from Expansys then. Think I should start shopping for cases on Amazon UK.

If you go to the "My Account" option, you can see on the left there is an option that says "Help Desk". You can use this to create a support ticket. Let's hope it works. I want my money back from these skelms. I see now suddenly my cart is empty. I hope these thugs didn't purposely remove it so that they can prove I bought "nothing".

NO-ONE at MTN will commit to the phone's availability or price, yet 2 people have managed to buy one?

Something doesn't add up... Does MTN have stock and some stores slyly slip them under the counter before launch, or what is going on here?

I phoned one other MTN shop which did not have... but Sandton and a couple others received stock yesterday. Also, the shops have to phone the call centre to find the package deals, as they are not yet on the shops systems. But believe you me, they are going... three others upgraded to SGS2 during my 30 min visit.
 
Just ordered mine on a Talk 350 S with an extra 300MB data. Should reach me next week ......

Reading all this I can't help but think that Vodacom is once again shafting us all with the pricing and we are gladly taking it because we are all bleeding edge users. Like a bunch of lemmings.

I still got time to back out and buy a cheap BB.
 
I guess i was one of the lucky ones to walk away with one from them from the mtn stores ;)

I honestly dont see why they are delaying the release. They know how demand the phone is yet they are still doing this.

I just ordered my case and protector. Will be using a desire hd pouch for a while till i get the S2 case

Where did you order your case and protector from? I'm having second thoughts about SGP now...

I've decided to stick it out with my iPhone for a while, till the prices drop a bit.

Just think the pay-in prices are a bit insane at the mo.

There is a link to the sgp case about 3 or 4 pages back. It is an ebay link. I got my friend to order my case from there for me since he has an ebay account. This is the uk ebay store.

Order was processed and i gave him the money for it.

You might be right, but the more I look at the pricing and the different contract options the more it angers me.
It would seem that their pricing is deliberately obtuse to confuse the consumer.

Why is there not a dedicated package that would fit the phone's characteristics?
Why offer it on a Business Call package with no free minutes, why not just print the Cash price?
 
how does the samsung galaxy s2 pricing compare to that of the htc sensation?
 
Well out of interest I popped into the Virgin store in Greenstone and they said they getting 10 phone in for their fist order. Should be next week since they get a delivery of phones each week.

Can anyone that bought the phone from a local supplier (MTN/VC/CellC etc) please enter *#1234# on the dial screen. It should give you info for: PDA, PHONE, CSC.

I'd like to know what versions the different providers are running.

Also, whaat size internal storage are people getting - 16/32gb ? do you guys also get an 8gb micro mmc?
