Your guess is as good as mine here, Cybersmart wont let me access any settings on the router feel like DSTV buffers for a lot longer before it gets started but least it doesn't get stuck all the time.

Can one cast Netflix from a phone to the Skyworth?

Casting from the Netflix app doesn't work but using Google Home app to cast the entire phone screen works perfectly.

Tested on Samsung - Built-in Smart View works
Huawei - Built-in screen mirror does not work but Google Home does.

We will try and reproduce this in our environment. What happens if you force stop the app from the Settings -> Apps menu?

On the Mi Box it becomes unresponsive if you have the first HDMI-CEC setting turned off, try turning that on and seeing what happens.

We have discussed this with Netflix, and they have not agreed to certify us. Our situation is somewhat different from Telkom's. For further information, we must direct you to Netflix for comment.

2 different situations. If you need to replace your tv then yeah, you might go with android built into the tv

The very first thing under the name on the Takealot page clearly states it does not currently support Netflix, why are people surprised when they get it and Netflix won't work?
