I'm not sure whether it was the PS4 or PS3 controller but I remember one them requiring to download an app before it could workDid anyone try pairing a ps4 controller via Bluetooth to the skyworth TV box, I cannot seem to come right as it keeps on failing?.
I did try the following app but it don't work when you try to navigate in the menu itself:I'm not sure whether it was the PS4 or PS3 controller but I remember one them requiring to download an app before it could work

I thought the exact same thing mate, because the ps4 remote connects with Bluetooth on my p30 pro but not on the TV box don't make sense at all...I am also struggling with Bluetooth connection. Tried 5 different Bluetooth audio devices, only 1 was discovered and eventually paired.
If it’s running Android, shouldn’t it be able to discover any Bluetooth device?
I could try and get the logs for you with android studio?...It may be that either Android or the chipset vendor's drivers exclude support for that device. The only way to be sure is to capture a log while trying to connect, but that requires using the Android Development tools. We don't have a controller to test with, so it would be hard for us to confirm, but getting support in a this stage of the product life-cycle would be very difficult.
The command line android debug tool will work on any Android device, without downloading the full studio.I could try and get the logs for you with android studio?...
So, we're not able to reproduce this - everything is working fine from our end, but we don't have an LG TV to confirm this against. We assume you checked the settings already on both TV and box? The OTA may have overwritten some settings.Cool.. I'm here for any tests you need.

We have not observed this, but we can't test every combination of installed apps. We'd recommend starting with a factory reset.Since updating my device has become so slow compared to how it used to be. Sometimes unresponsive for a while etc...
Plex also struggles much more now
Is it working in either direction? That is can the TV control the box or the box the TV?
It is possible the upgrade did not go smoothly for some apps causing this issue. A factory reset should resolve this.Good day,
Since upgrading the software on my box it has become slow and unresponsive. The DSTV now app also gives me a video playback error. This is not happening with my LIT box, therefor the problem is not the app but the box.
Has anyone also experience similar problems? I want to factory reset the box to see if it will help. This means that I will lose my sideloaded Netflix app. Can anyone please give a link for Netflix that will work with the box.
We're a bit stuck on this one. We don't have an LG TV to reproduce this with. All our other make TVs work fine. Please drop us a mail at [email protected] if you are technically inclined enough to try get a log off the box.
