Skyworth Binge Android TV box

Is anyone able to use Amazon Prime with their box? It's available and working on my Xiaomi MiBox but cannot find one for this Skyworth
 
What BT Gamepad would be compatible? I took my box to a IT Gadget shop to test a Gamepad and all 3 models did not connect
 
Hey guys, my Dad's Skyworth TV Box's remote needs paring almost daily recently.
As if this isn't annoying enough it takes several tries to actually pair it again - needing to power off the box and then powering up again, sometimes several times as well before it pairs again.
Any suggestions as to what might be causing this and/or what can be done to resolve this please.

Also, I tried getting his Hisense tv remote to control the box using HDMI CEC but no luck here either - The TV does not pick up the box when doing a search. Note that I have the same TV as well which controls my TV box (not skyworth) perfectly.

I used to get that message but all I used to do was press a random direction button and it used to sink up automatically

Yeah, that used to do the trick until recently.
Now even holding in the 2 buttons does not pair the remote.
I actually thought he might be doing it wrong so I went there myself last night to try and even put in new batteries but no luck.

have you tried updating the remotes firmware?

I can't remember exactly but you can access the remote settings via the settings menu.
