Telkom Internet Capped/Uncapped User Feedback (Pt2)

Just following up, logging into the titracker I'm just getting the following:

"Thank you for logging onto the Telkom Internet Usage Tracker Tool. You are on an Uncapped product and therefore usage tracking is not applicable to you."

Logging into https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker/ is this the right place to see the new system for FUP tracking status or is there another link I've missed?

Various self-help functions are available via telkom.co.za, including a password management tool and usage tracker. Go to http://www.telkom.co.za/today/help/personal/ and select Internet & WiFi.

There is a new portal that was supposed to launch on for customers on Friday, however we found one defect on Thursday that we don't want to go live with. It should be available to customers soon, probably by Tuesday subject to change control.
 
Any one else having any kinks today? Any tracert i run has my 2nd hop going to hell... (assuming that's my exchange)

@ranger, any info when the updated page will go live?
 
Yeah, no where near 200gigs and seems like I'm degraded since the past two days... would really like that new portal, hopefully a reset when they release it because we haven't been able to monitor without it...

The change for it to go to production is approved for Monday.
 
NightSurfer covers all the usage generated between 00h00 and 07h00, and this usage is not accounted anywhere else, nor used in applying the fair usage policy.
Hi sir, if I use my integrated data SIM, do I qualify for NightSurfer data. :)
 
Ah. The site you would have gone to if you clicked the in-browser notification (if you got it) is the new portal.

The links on the telkom.co.za site and www.telkomsa.net will be updated once one last defect (discovered yesterday) if fixed in production. Maybe Tuesday.

Could you confirm that the update has not yet happened since some forum members seem to indicate it is already displaying their actual usage amounts.
