Seem to be holding steady there, which is fine for now since I'm gaining strength & endurance fast in the last couple weeks. :)
 
Went for a quick holiday from last week Wednesday till yesterday. Had a little bit too much of the bad stuff, up to 101.9 this morning. Hope to shake it this week.
 
Was 64.7 on Friday but as of this morning my scale is lying to me. Saying 65.7. I refuse to believe it. Exactly 1 kg gain? Nonsense

Had some beers yesterday while I was braaiing for 25 family members. :(

Was just Castle Lite though, and was sweating like a pig. Should shake it off quickly.

TBH honest, my beverage of choice these days in this heat is water and lemon juice. Now if someone could make a decent low carb, non-alcoholic, great tasting imitation beer/drink, would be golden.
 
I overindulged over the weekend and then didn't go to the gym this morning. Will see tomorrow morning what the damage is.

I braaied for 25 people on Sunday, and did have a couple of cerveza. Picked up some on Monday, down again today :( profit!

Sitting on 110.3... which is my all time low... let's see tomorrow

My super inaccurate scale is saying I weigh 80kg, which probably means I weigh about 83kg. I'll find out next week when I visit the biokineticist again.

EDIT: ps fanie no need to update the spreadsheet based on this. Let me get an accurate weight for you.
