Hi there!
I had been having line problems on ADSL, and have recently switched to 20MB VDSL, but it seems even less stable now.
Here are my stats from my new VDSL router:
SNR: 26.7 (Up), 26.8 (Down).
Attenuation: 35.6 (Up), 17.6 (Down).
They look good, but my line keeps dropping randomly during the day. I also am unable to get continuous sync at 20. Sometimes it goes as low as 12.
The ISAM is in my road, so it shouldn't be bad. Perhaps there's a problem with old cables in my area?
On top of this, my landline also dies sometimes. Sometimes during calls it will just go quiet, and then start making engaged tones, or white noise.
Does anyone know what might be the problem here?
Thanks in advance!
