Same here... SC2 was doing the same tonight. My connection dropped a couple of times aswell while playing.
Finally cancelled my account, simply can't go on like this.
 
Same problem tonight.

Two days of my SWTOR subscription wasted because I simply can't play like this. Mweb uncapped any better for gaming?
 
It's not only uncapped subscribers suffering with latency spikes on SWToR, I'm on the Red Africa special and trying to raid SoA NM with latency going from 190ms to 1000ms to whole time isn't as much fun as it sounds like.

Has anything been logged with our ADSL guys about this? If so, please drop me a PM with the ticket ref# so I can follow up on this for you.
Is this just gaming in particular that's an issue, or latency in general?

Please try and include as much detail as possible so I can have some data to pass onto the Networking guys.
 
Following up on this for you now guys, seen another report of this over on Twitter. Already mailed our networking guys to find out what happened.

Will have some feedback up here a little later.
 
Hi this past week was not a pleasure using webafrica as theres constant delay, timeouts,packetloss and speed issues. Why are we who stick by the rules the ones that are the most effected? If this goes on any longer I would rather start having a look at capped options that actually work.

Don't assume! I am on a capped account and since uncapped have seen variable degradation. On a few occasions during office hours I have not been able to get more than a few bytes downloaded. In fact I do not even bother generally now.

I feel that as capped users we should have a better deal than uncapped. My Afrihost capped account works well, and is a great back up account
 
This level is degration is really unacceptable especially for those who are within there thresholds. I cant even stream a 360p youtube video.
