Full investigation to follow.

Looks like the new port was not configured as a Link Aggregate properly when the second interface was brought up. Access to switches on both sides was lost, which meant someone had to physically unplug one of the offending port. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I was about to complain my service has been suspended but before I could, you guys fixed the problem. Hahaha. You guys just keep on winning. Keep up the great work!
