In the process of bringing up a new LAG with AEX (the guys who transit Vumatel traffic) and a misconfiguration on either side has led to a network loop. A Tech is running into the DC now

Looks like the new port was not configured as a Link Aggregate properly when the second interface was brought up. Access to switches on both sides was lost, which meant someone had to physically unplug one of the offending port. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Can you submit a ticket to support quickly? Will get onto it ASAP. All Vumatel peering interfaces are back to normal now, so could be another issue.
