So meaning if I want to change away from my current ISP.. I would just give them notice and when that's served.. move across to Websquad at the beginning of a month ?
And there's no upfront charges? Or is there something that needs to go to vumatel?
Vumatel charges ISPs an "activation" fee, irrespective of whether it's a new signup or an ISP move - we cover this first activation fee for a client. So that means that there will be no cost involved in moving over. Simply submit your cancellation request, wait out your cancellation period (We wouldn't want you paying for two services) and leave it to our service delivery team to make sure your move happens as smoothly as possible.
