Web Squad ISP

Had no connection since yesterday morning (Bluff, Durban). All I've been told is that its a Zoom issue and its been allocated to them but I've got nothing other than that. Not sure if Web Squad aren't giving me more feedback or if Zoom isn't giving them anything to tell me. Either way its becoming very frustrating.
I’ve checked on this. We are still waiting for feedback from Zoom fibre. The team will be in touch shortly.
 
I just joined Websquad this month, I'm on a 1000/200 with Vumatel Aerial in JHB (Roodepoort)

Been testing the last couple of days and this is what I've noticed:
I cant push past 500-600mbps on my line, whether that's locally or internationally
My pings are all over the place, local and international , I don't understand how I can have so much jitter within JHB, as well as a ton of loss in CS:GO on our local servers.
International performance isn't great, getting 100-150mbps with a download manager. (Hetzner 10gb Test file from their site)
Google Drive backups seem to be rate limited to 100mbps , used to max this on old ISP.


After last nights maintenance, at 2am I started getting what I used to get on other ISP's , 930ish/197.
From this morning its back down to 700-800mbps , which is an improvement, but not where I think it should be and leads me to wonder if Websquad is having capacity issues.

My first impression of Websquad thus far isn't great , but I'm hoping Websquad can resolve these issues.
 
Is there an outage of some sort in North Riding. Unable to load certain sites including Speedtest.net
 
Appears to be a DNS issue or international outage, can't load any international sites at all
 
I am having the same issues in Roodepoort, can't access certain sites and can do local speed tests, but won't allow me to do International speed tests on ookla

Something to do with WebSquad as my failover Cool Ideas is loading perfectly fine.
 
Same, unable to submit a ticket, the support section of their site is not loading for me either, I am not sure if I should tag him to come and see these. @websquadza
Ok, I tagged, I do apologize if you are busy working on it, just want to get some feedback if possible, as we can't submit tickets

Losses seem to stem from the handover here.

Something to do with WebSquad as my failover Cool Ideas is loading perfectly fine.

Failover FNO? Trying to see if this is isolated to our AEX port or generalised.

Heya, can't send it as it is our work related intranet link and not allowed to share, however, an example of a site that won't load is rt.com and webex for a meeting ai had earlier
