@websquadza please assist, my internet service is mostly unusable at the moment.

Have logged a support ticket with supporting detail. Ticket #979393

Since getting home I cannot stream twitch.tv at all, non-stop buffering, youtube maybe loads at 480p and getting 40-70mb on speedtest with my 200mb link.

Sounds like some packet loss. Will get the team to check the ticket and escalate to the FNO.
 
Continuous packet loss every now and then, like small drops. You guys going to sort it out anytime soon?

Update: Isolated the issue to a config update that seems to have inadvertently spiked system resource usage on a device in our JHB Core. We've rolled back the change and escalated to the vendor for feedback on why this change caused the issues it did. Traffic levels have restored and packet loss has cleared. Thanks for the feedback here.

Random question, but is anyone else seeing really weird results on the vumatel speedtest? (http://speed1-sa.venturanext.se/index.html). Trying to work out of there is something wrong with my line or vumatel lol... On a gigabit line and only getting ~100-120 on vuma's speedtest

Edit: Testing with a LAN cable to the Vuma CPE, seeing full line speed this side. Their handover server seems fine. Can you run 2 tests, connected directly to the CPE, from two computers (if possible). Vuma logs MACs of each and every test. As long as they don't see a router MAC in the results, they will be quicker to respond. Update your ticket with these results please. Likely a dying optic and easy to fix.
