Your average latencies are high... for both first and second hops. I'd be willing to bet there's local wifi issues (could be frequency, could be router) as well as issues with your line to the street. Sort out the wifi and then maybe log a call for your ISP to request an optic levels test?@websquadza I know this isn't websquad related but please could you take one more a look at these 2 updated MTR results on my Father line in PE?
From my understanding the first hop is equipment related and the second hop is vumatel related, is that correct? And if so, seing as there is loss on both of those hops wouldn't that mean that simply migrating IPS'S wouldn't entirely fix the problem? One last thing is that his line is at it's worst at night during peak hours if that helps.
