Burgundy had no stock of Bains and only a few bottles of cask mates. A friend grabbed their last lagavulin so pickings are slim at that branch.

Im in southern suburbs, hopefully will have more luck. If not will just ask for a rain check and get when they have.
 
I was wondering if we have any process to facilitate bottles exchange. Something like a simple online spreadsheet where people could add what they have would help.

My friends don't like whisky and I usually end up with nice bottles opened (or even unopened) I wouldn't mind exchanging for another one to try something different.

Checkers liquor Riverside Mall in Rondebosch had good Bains stock when I went on Thursday.
 
I will restock my Bains tomorrow, I did not realise it is on special, our Checkers don't show the lower price.

I'm all for not derailing the thread. I just want to understand what is wrong with complimenting Adre? Most of the girls featuring in whisky tasting videos have been mentioned in this thread. Adre is 29/30 years old and is active on socials (with a whisky in the hand), so I honestly don't see what is wrong or "creepy"...

Why are you quoting MY post...did I say that it was creepy to compliment Adre?

No I did not...neither did I pick a side.

I merely asked that the thread not be derailed....like it is being now.
