Nice...I prefer the Black Bush.Original.
nice, a good start to the range, the 10 year is also really goodOriginal.
Budget was sub R300.Nice...I prefer the Black Bush.
But I am a Green Spot and Teeling man myself...
Yep I haven't heard good things either...but who knows. It's all subjective isn't it?Bought this at Makro today although reviews look sht. Will try some a bit later. I was actually looking for the Tamnavulin but it seems Makro still needs to restock.

Let me "show off" my meager collection..I do think I have one of the most unique blends in the CB range: Affinity

+1 ... well I've never had Green Spot, but my intro to neat whisk(e)y of any kind was Jameson ... over time I've come to appreciate there's much more variety out there, but I try Irish from time to time as an homage to my "first"Nice...I prefer the Black Bush.

It not easy to find. I bought 20 bottles in 2014 and another 8 bottles in 2016, I have not seen it since then.
The whiskybrother deal is still your best bet on a great offer(https://www.whiskybrother.com/collections/whisky-specials/products/bourbon-restock-promotion). I prefer the Knob Kreek between the 3. If you're looking for a single bottle then the Sazerac Rye would be the next one to try.

Retail R1200? Where?Not bad either.
I don't ever believe ODO retail. Apparently yuppiechef if you get your whisky there haha https://www.yuppiechef.com/the-comp...pass-Box-The-Peat-Monster-Scotch-Whisky-750mlRetail R1200? Where?
Tops is about R780.
