I used to use FreeFileSync quite a lot. Was reluctant to add it before as they used to bundle it with the OpenCandy adware but I see they stopped this a couple of years ago.
The only thing they bundle now is emotional blackmail with "cute animal pics" instead "of begging for donations"

Email apps are a bit old school but this one does it well and looks pretty too.

I've added these apart from GeoGebra - I'm not sure on it's licensing or where to get the source. It says source code is GPL but there is a non-commercial use license that is quite prominent. It does look quite cool though.
