I use Draw.io for flowcharts and network diagram documentations.
Can use the Web version or Downloadable Local version.
when using the web you can store your flowcharts in one drive / google drive or local copies.

When I looked at it before, it always took me to the hosted platform. I've done a bit of digging and linked to their Github repo with the source.

A bit odd indeed but a good piece of software. Look at it's size compared to something like Daemon Tools Lite!

Yes. There's quite a few. Dolibaar and Corteza are already on the list and I've been meaning to add more. Also some of the open source ERP's have some CRM type functionality.

CiviCRM
X2 CRM

Is there something you are looking for that SuiteCRM doesn't give you? I will see if I can think of something that would help.

Erpnext has a built in CRM that's neat.

Started a new section for Static Site Generators

Added Gatsby, Hexo, Hugo and Jekyll. Hugo is the one so far that I have found easiest to get on with. I want to love Gatsby but my React-fu is not up to it at this point.
