Anything you care to or rather that you can elaborate on regarding these "changes"? Is FreeZone set to be included with Home Uncapped accounts again?
 
Quick question - does the WA 'bandwidth meter' still exist with the new IS uncapped accounts? (replaced by the star system?)
 
On WA IS and my Gmail is crawling to the point I can't use it at all. Happened on Friday as well, when I send a support request stating clearly that it's _just_ Gmail that is super slow, I get told to ask Telkom to reset my port..

Anyone who actually has a clue able to shed some light on this? Nothing wrong with Google according to their status board - http://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en&v=status&ts=1360578463090

Are you only having issues with Gmail at this time? Send me your customer code via PM as well as a trace route to gmail: https://mail.google.com.

I will have our seniors investigate.
 
Hey, what is FreeZone??? and how does your latency compare to MWEB?

Im a bit confused now.
Is freezone included in the Home 4mb uncapped or not? it says it is on the first page..
If it isn't should that note be updated or a note added?
 
Are FreeZone included under the Uncapped accounts?
When we launched these, FreeZone was excluded. After some thought, we've decided to include FreeZone on these accounts - meaning, that any games, FTP Downloads and some other sites - won't count towards your threshold. More can be read up on FreeZone here.

For ease of use, our AUP can also be viewed in this thread.

So seeing as though IS bundles free Wifi with all their ADSL accounts, does this mean we get the free Wifi on the WA IS accounts? (AlwaysOn Hotspots)

Not straight off the bat, but it's something we're definitely looking at for the near future.

my line is webafrica is it possible to requested refund though you guys for my adsl line being down?

Or must i request it though telkom , i know you can request a refund for the period of your line being down by telkom.

My line is down for 1 week so far , still waiting for telkom to come out , analog and dsl line down.
