I won a 6 month SACM subscription from mybroadband in March this year.

SACM packages the magazine in a plastic sealed cover and has a white A4 paper in front with large text that says PLEASE DON'T BEND OR FOLD.

Safe to say, SAPO has bent just about every magazine I received and to top it off, the last edition that I was supposed to receive, October, was bent and the CD snapped in half.

Off to the waste bin with it.

SAPO is giving all business bad names and it proves to me that even in my mind and heart I would truly love to pay for my own subscription, I won't do it for fear that my magazine and or discs might be broken.

Thanks for the 6 month sub SACM, but stuff you SAPO

tell me which issue it was and I can send you mine if you like :D

The magazine is fine, it's just the disc that is totalled. I can always download anything that's on the disc ;) Thanks though bro.

I think they will have better luck with not putting do not bend on the cover. Every issue I have so far received was bent, fortunately only one disk was totalled.

The funny thing is that all my comics, with a similar do not bend on the cover and much thinner and no CD, gets delivered to the local Post Office, unbent, and I get a slip that I have to go and fetch a package to large for my Post Box.

Although from the US they are forwarded by a local mail service. The package is the same size, but much thinner than the SACM. The only difference with them is that the address thingy is a piece of carton, and not just a sheet of paper.
