Help with 120mm to 140mm fan adapter brackets

Hi

I'm busy making some changes to my fan setup and I've hit a bit of an issue. The attached picture is what I would like to do, I have 2 TY-140 fans that I would like to mount at the top of my chassis (corsair 650D) as exhausts. The guy in the picture used the brackets that come with a Noctua NF-P14 FLX to mount his two ty-140's. I can't seem to find any brackets like that does anyone have any suggestions? I have attached a pic of the brackets he used.

Cable ties? Make a heatsink-type wire clip yourself?

Would want to put a bit of silicon rubber/foam between the fans and the case, though.

Otherwise, you may want to try other non-sleeve bearing 140mm or 120mm fans.
 
Already bought the TY-140's and they pretty sweet so I would like to fit them in. Have considered trying to make something suitable but was hoping they might be available.
