Perfect timing on the HDD deals... was just thinking about who was having HDD specials this week!

also be careful all Seagate drives from Monday now have a 2 year warranty , but all our drives will still carry the three year warranty as we ordered 20k of drives before month end and before the drop in warranty from Seagate.

EDIT: The seagate deals we will do on Tuesday will blow you away.

Interesting. The layout and specs looks very similar to the Rii "Portable Mini Wireless Keyboard". Are these a rebranded version perhaps?

It has the Esquire name on the keyboard - top right corner

Does the Keyboard have bluetooth? I watched the video, but it does not mention it at all, and I don't see how it would work on a iPad without it. Looks like a very nice device tho.

The rii has a touch pad and this one has a trackball.

I just bought one, typing this message with it :p
its quite nice, the trackball is a little sensitive, the touch pad would probably have worked better, but at the price i can’t complain, nice little gadget, will make my HTPC experience much better :D

Nice, at that price I will get one or two.. can you confirm if it has Bluetooth?

I got myself the Esquire mini wireless keyboard and though it is a awesome little device for that price I am experiencing a few issues with it. I would just like to find out if anyone else has experienced the same.

Basically it works perfectly most of the time but it will randomly lose the connection for a second once or twice a minute. I am running it on a Windows 7 PC used as my media centre hooked up to my TV, so the PC is sitting next to an Amp. Could there be interference causing the lost connection? The dongle is plugged in to the back of the PC though I doubt it needs line of sight to work as it is a bluetooth device. I am going to try a USB extension cable when I get home so the dongle is not so close to the amp.

Are there any tricks to install the device? I plugged the dongle in and the keyboard just started working without me having to do anything, so not sure if I was meant to do something else. Not sure if this is important but the keyboard had only been charging for about 2 hours before I started playing with it (while it was still charging).

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

How does the keyboard connect to the PC?

Also - does anyone have experience with BenQ monitors? Thinking of 3x 23"

The mini keyboard does not use bluetooth.

Yep, I also grabbed one and it says "RF-2.4GHz" on the back. Have played around with it on a few different PC's with no problems, although I haven't tried using it properly as a HTPC control yet.

So...how does it connect to the PC? Does it have a dongle thingy? Thinking of getting one for my Microserver

The keyboard has a small USB dongle that gets plugged into the PC. Thought it was bluetooth but not so sure anymore...

Thanks - just realised I don't have a car today :p So will have to wait.
