Apology gets teen off murder rap

Well, if the psych people says it works, cool. If it is just a way of keeping criminal kids out of full prisons, then we are in for a rough ride sometime in the future.
 
As part of an agreement with the state, the teen had to attend a tense three-hour session with her aunts, uncles, cousins and granny, look them in the eye and take them through the murder step by step

poor girl hey, this must've traumatised her beyond belief.:rolleyes:
i suppose we should look on the bright side - soon all our prisons are gonna be empty, yay!
