I have a new 4Mb line that is actually sync'ing at 4Mb. Locally I get around that on all the speed test sites but on the international sites I average 160kbps downloads!!! I have not reached my cap, in fact I've only had my ADSL working for 2 days. I am using Imagine as my ISP. Telkom reckons that the line is working fine??? Anyone have any ideas?

its slow tonight..very slow,and i cannot ........
Yes international has been VERY VERY slow lately. Normally i get about 40Kb\s for Xoftspy updates, but today all my updates have been going at 5k\s. Im not capped either.
I think Telkom is up to something that no one knows about yet. Maybe it will all be revealed soon, or at least resolved soon!!
