4mbps back to 1mbps(After line repair)?

Hi

I have had a 4mbps since it started. Then a week or so also my line started dropping(Not being able to sync) every 10-15min or so.

Now after phoning telkom the line is working but only syncing at 1mbps.

Is there a way to get them to push it back up again?
Anyone else with the same problem(Same area?)?

PS I am in Brooklyn, Pretoria.
 
well i didnt have the exact same problem

when i upgraded to 4meg it will only sync at 1 meg anything over and its keeps loosing sync every 5 minutes

report a fault and see what happens
 
Call and ask them to reset your line.
 
Balistic you might be experiencing the same problems as me. Same area.

Check this post of mine for details.

If you have those same problems you should call them and ask them to put it back up to 4mbps until the exchange is fixed.
 
Had same problem. They downgraded me to 384 !!
Phoned them and they fixed it up ! Back to 4mbps again ...
