South Africans have become accustomed to regular electricity blackouts, Eskom likes to call it load shedding, but it seems that a similar scenario may be played out on the international circuit regarding Internet connectivity.

Thats worldwide. Not a chance that it will be left when it needs to be upgraded, unlike Eskom.
